Learn about your favorite wines or your favorite wine regions. Classes can range from 1 to 100 and can be tailored to your interests or event.

BEGINNER
Learn the basics of wine etiquette, the rituals associated with ordering wine (including how to read a wine list), how to know what's in the bottle before you buy, food-wine pairing, proper wine tasting, and the basics of evaluating a wine. These classes can be with (or without) wine. These classes are focused towards the wine consumers (retail and restaurants).
INTERMEDIATE
Learn about your favorite wines, and wine regions, by exploring what is in the bottle. These classes primarily include tasting wines to develop a wine palate. These classes assume a basic understanding of wine and wine terminology, as well as a basic understanding of the principal varietals and blends. These classes are focused towards consumers that want to know more about their wines, and employees in the hospitality industry who need to know more that the basic.
ADVANCED
Learn to evaluate (and judge) wines through blind and open tastings. These classes are focused for the serious wine collector and professionals in the wine industry. Learn the viticulture, vinification, business or wine, and the current events associated with wines. Advanced classes are limited to 10 students and are focused on very specific aspects of the world of wine. Classes can be with (or without) wine. |

SPIRITS CLASS |
| Learn about your favorite distilled spirits through classes which involve both tasting and discussion. Learn the different ways these spirits are made and the proper way to serve (drink) them. Learn the subtle differences associated with each distilled spirit; scotch, rum, gin, tequila, whiskey, vodka, cognac/Armagnac, and other distilled spirits. |

CELLAR CONSULTATION |
| The Number 1 reason most wine is ruined, is keeping it TOO long. Know how to evaluate which wines are best cellared. Learn which wines to cellar and which wines to not cellar too long. Learn what mixture of wines most cellars contain, and the different styles of cellaring (by region, by vintage, by style, etc). Consultation is tailored to each individual situation. |

There are too many variables in these services to publish a fee schedule. The easiest way is to simply contact The Wine Educator with your requests and you will get a written proposal. Due to local liquor laws, The Wine Educator will only provide the wines for these service under extremely limited situations. Although The Wine Educator will recommend the wines for the events, local liquor laws prohibit The Wine Educator from providing the wines. |
